The fight against HIV/AIDS in Nsanje district has reached a major milestone, with 468 treatment defaulters (206 males and 262 females) successfully brought back into care within just 12 months.
The role of FAST in the Graduation Model Programme was to enable the environment and create a more equitable community through the dissemination of HIV and AIDS prevention messages and educate communities on the effects of stigma and discrimination against people living or affected by the virus.
FAST provided mobile HIV testing and counseling services targeting adolescent girls and boys across Traditional Authority Ndamera in Nsanje district.
